Dave Davies, born 3 February 1947, is an English singer, songwriter and guitarist. He is best known as the lead guitarist and occasional lead vocalist for the English rock band The Kinks, which also featured his older brother Ray Davies.
In 2003, Davies was ranked 91st in rolling stone magazine's list of the "100 greatest artists of all time"
Dave was filming at Hanks for an up and coming documentary, talking about his career and personal life. The staff that were working on the day were overwhelmed to meet him and are excited to see the documentary when it is released.
